Take part in our short musculoskeletal survey: Access to Victorian Disability Support Services

[26 Aug 10]

A number of support services are available to people with disabilities in Victoria, many of which could improve the lives of people with musculoskeletal conditions.

Unfortunately, those with a musculoskeletal condition often face roadblocks when trying to access disability support services due to restrictive assessment policies within Victoria. These policies class an episodic condition as a 'chronic medical condition' rather than a 'disability' and result in many people being denied access.

Arthritis Victoria is seeking to challenge these assessment policies to help improve access to disability support services for people with musculoskeletal conditions.

What we are asking of you:

To assist us with this campaign, Arthritis Victoria wants to hear whether you have experienced roadblocks related to these types of issues in Victoria.  The survey will only take a couple of minutes to complete.

Click here to complete the five-minute survey.
